This incident took place at Hejmadi between Mangalore &
Udupi. A group of fisher women went from their village to
collect dry firewood from a nearby forest. Suddenly one dark
person in loin cloth (looking like a mad man) came near one of
the ladies & touched her right breast & went away. Fisher
women ran back to their village & told that a mad man is on the
prowl. So men came with big sticks to attack the mad man
along with the ladies.
They found that person sitting on top of a tree & the
people started shouting at him. He calmly asked the husband
of the fisher woman,"This lady gave birth to three babies, is it
not ?" "Yes" answered the husband."All the babies died within
a few days after delivery, is it not ?" asked the person on the
tree. "Yes,yes" answered husband with surprise. " This lady's
right breast was having a poison gland & hence babies were
dying within a few days. In future this won't happen,as that has
been set right & the next baby will survive said Swamy
Nithyananda. People who came to hit him became aware of
the holiness of Swamy Nithyananda. Then others came out
with their problems & Nithyananda gave leaf of the same tree
for different ailments,different problems to mix the juice of
leaf with milk & drink !
People used to follow him,where ever he went with
their problems, so much so at Udupi Light House he jumped
to sea & vanished.Next morning news came that he is moving
about in Mangalore! Who can understand Avadhootha's
Leelas !
